Shipping Information
Clear expectations from order confirmation to doorstep delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared after confirmation. Processing normally takes 1–2 working days, excluding public holidays and unusually busy sale periods.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders within Pakistan are delivered in 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.
Shipping Charges
The applicable shipping charge, or any free-delivery offer, is displayed clearly during checkout before the order is placed.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it may be shared by email, SMS or through the Guest Order Portal.
Delivery Delays
Weather, public holidays, courier disruptions and incomplete addresses can cause delays outside our direct control. We will assist wherever possible.
Receiving Your Parcel
Please provide an active phone number and ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Inspect the outer parcel for visible damage before accepting it.
